REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact shop@bikeshedmoto.com. Email us and we will take care of all the hard work. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be processed once received.
Once we have received your return we will attempt to process it as soon as possible but during busy periods, please allow for a delay.
Bike Shed Moto Co. does not cover returns postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service of your choice as the parcel/items remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. If you have any questions, please contact us at shop@bikeshedmoto.com and we'll be happy to help!

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Helmets, gift cards, underwear and socks.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This may be because an item is not in its original condition, has been damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be analysed at the time of the return, a refund may be given at our discretion.
WARRANTY POLICY
At BSMC we believe in the quality of our products. We make the gear we want to wear and we wear it ourselves… all the time.
If your item appears faulty upon receipt or has developed a fault due to a manufacturing defect please email shop@bikeshedmoto.com and let us know the problem.
We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products, this covers any material or production flaws. Used product returns will be subject to an investigation and will be handled on a case by case basis.
If you have an issue with your product within the first year of purchase from bikeshedmoto.co.uk, bikeshedmoto.com or from a BSMC store, please email shop@bikeshedmoto.com with details of the issue.
If your product proves to be defective due to manufacturing error it will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Bike Shed Moto Co for the practical longevity of the product (Shipping charges may apply). This does not apply to fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
