FREE DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £50.00

UK DPD next day delivery from £5.25
Royal Mail 48 standard delivery £3.50 up to 2kg
 
The estimated processing and delivery time for standard delivery is approximately 2-3 working days, this may vary with the final destination.
 
Please note that a working day is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that fall on these days.
 
Orders must be made before 12 midday between Monday-Thursday to qualify for next day delivery. Orders made after midday will be delivered the following day or if made on a Friday after midday will be delivered the following Monday.
 
This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
 
All UK orders are dispatched via DPD delivery can be fully tracked using your reference number on your order confirmation at https://www.dpd.com/tracking.
 
 
 

Delivery (USA)

For USA we use ETRACK for our standard service and DHL as our express service.
 
USA delivery rates will be calculated at checkout dependent on weight and destination. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order. Delivery times will vary dependent on the destination. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 5-10 day transit time.

Delivery (Worldwide)

For Worldwide delivery we use ETRACK for our standard service and DHL as our express service.
 
Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout dependent on weight and destination. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order. Delivery times will vary dependent on the destination country.
 
Exceptions may apply for the following destinations:
Cook Islands / Falklands / Honduras / Greenland / Grenada / Mayotte / Papua New Guinea / Reunion / Saint Vincent / St Kitts / Virgin Islands / Wallis and Fortuna / Tonga.

Christmas Returns & Refunds

(Available from 12/11/20-31/12/20)

Our extended returns & refund policy for Christmas lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not from our sale range or discounted. Sale range items can only be returned for an exchange or store voucher.
  

Returns & Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not from our sale range or discounted. Sale range items can only be returned for an exchange or store voucher.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.


Non-returnable items:

Helmets, Gift cards, Underwear and socks, Accessories such as hats, caps & phone cases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.


Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be analysed at the time at the time of the return and if we see fit we may be able to allow a refund.


Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 5 working days after we email you to say we've received your refund, please contact us at webshop@thebikeshed.cc
