Delivery (UK)

FREE DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £50.00

UK DPD next day delivery from £5.25

Royal Mail 48 standard delivery £3.50 up to 2kg 

The estimated processing and delivery time for standard delivery is approximately 2-3 working days, this may vary with the final destination. 

Please note that a ‘working day’ is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that fall on these days. 

Orders must be made before 12 midday between Monday-Thursday to qualify for next day delivery. Orders made after midday will be delivered the following day. Any orders made on a Friday after midday will be delivered the following Monday. 

This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

All UK Next Day Delivery orders are dispatched via DPD and can be tracked using your reference number on your order confirmation at https://www.dpd.com/tracking.

 

Delivery (USA)

For USA deliveries we use Royal Mail International Tracked for our standard service and DHL as our express service. If you require your parcel within 7 working days, we advise using our DHL Express service. Our Royal Mail International Tracked service covers economy delivery and delivery will vary on the destination.

USA delivery rates will be calculated at checkout dependent on weight and destination. Please ensure all your details are correct before confirming your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation and commercial invoice only states the amount collected by bikeshedmoto.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.  

 

Delivery (Europe)

For Europe deliveries we use ETrak Delivered Duty Paid Service.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is a shipping term that means the seller is responsible for collecting any taxes, duties or import fees on the shipment. When a DDP shipment is sent, the item will clear customs without needing any payment from the recipient. Any import fees will be charged back to the sender.

Delivery rates will be calculated at checkout dependent on weight and destination. Please ensure all your details are correct before confirming your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.

 

 

Delivery (Worldwide)

For Worldwide delivery we use Royal Mail International Tracked for our standard service and DHL as our express service.

Exceptions may apply for the following destinations:

Returns & Refunds

Our refund policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not from our sale range or discounted.

After making your return, please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. Once we have received your return we will attempt to turn it around as soon as possible. 

Currently, refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return.

Please note: once we have processed your return or exchange, it may take 3-5 working days to reimburse the funds and allocate them back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

If your return meets all of the criteria and it is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Non-returnable items:

Helmets, gift cards, underwear and socks, accessories such as hats, caps & phone cases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, has been damaged or for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be analysed at the time of the return, a refund may be given at our discretion.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve taken all of these steps and you still have not received your refund following 5 working days, after we have emailed you to say we've received your refund, please contact us at webshop@thebikeshed.cc
