DTRA Rounds 3&4 - Greenfields

Losing your mojo is not cool. For now, mine has taken a sabbatical, fuck knows where. It did pop back for a fleeting visit during the MCN Festival weekend but for Rounds 3&4 of the Maxxis Flattrack National Championship it was sadly missed. With less than a week between Hells Race race and Round 2 at the MCN Festival there was no time to clean and prep bikes properly, quick repairs and bodges would have to suffice. Dirt Quake came and went last year and my Cagiva Gran Canyon Hooligan flattrack racer spent the remainder of the summer and all winter resting on a plinth at the Bike Shed HQ - still covered in Kings Lynn shale, much to Vikki's disdain. DTRA 2017 Season Launch & Round 1

Flattrack racing is a whole lot more exciting for us in 2017 as the Bike Shed is supporting the DTRA in a slightly more official capacity. The season kicked-off with a shindig at our Shoreditch HQ where we had planned to pack arch 3 with loads of race bikes.
